Now, the Henrietta-based firm is made up of two divisions — one that makes soft-sided cases for portable electronic devices, and another that distributes medical and first-aid products.
That’s quite a switch, and it took a while to develop the niche. But it’s been a successful one — Fieldtex has added 50 or so employees in the past five years, boosting employment to 190 today.”
